Setting goals is a great way to learn to improve yourselves individually or as a couple, incrementally and over time. New Year's Resolutions are a popular way for people to set goals and plan how to achieve them in the new year. Each new year is viewed as a fresh start and a good time to drop bad habits or begin new habits that are good.
All of us have many ideas of how we can become better every day and live happier lives. Coming up with a list of goals for ourself (or our spouse!) is a simple enough task, it's how well we work at achieving those goals where things get difficult.
