Need a great date idea? How about orienteering? This can be a good date activity for you and your spouse. Prices usually range from free to reasonable.
An orienteering date can be a fun way to spend time with your husband or wife.
Orienteering is where you follow a course with the aid of a map and a compass for those of you who don't know. Some courses are rugged and meant to be ran, while others are more about nature and outdoors. If speed and exercise are your goal, you'll want to see how quickly you can go from one end of the course to the other. You aren't going to time yourself, but it is fun to challenge yourselves to see how quickly you can run the course. You can run the course as a couple or go solo to see who has the best time. You might want to run the course together for the first time so that you both know what you're in for. Also, it will be exciting to see how the other reacts to the course that will challenge you in every way possible.
