Food Crawl $ - $$$
A food crawl is where you go from restaurant to restaurant eating several different things. If you're fortunate enough to have an area where there are several restaurants nearby, a food crawl is super easy. You can order one appetizer at each place and share it and move onto the next restaurant. You can also order a full meal and share it and then go to another restaurant and share that meal. Food trucks also make for awesome food crawling opportunities because sometimes, at lunchtime or mealtimes, they will all park close to each other, making it easy to sample the offerings of many trucks without having to go very far.
Foosball free - $
Foosball is a fun game to play when you pit your skills against your spouse. Foosball doesn't require a great strategy, though you do need pretty good hand-eye coordination. It's impossible to do anything other than laugh when the two of you are having a ton of fun playing foosball. Before you know it, both of you will be lost in the game, and the time will have flown by. Take your foosball to a whole new level by making a recording of your gameplay. Share your video with others, and don't forget to do a little boasting if you're the lucky person who gets to call themself the winner.
Football (going to a Game) free - $$$
Being in a large, noisy stadium watching your favorite football team will be a date that you never forget. No one gets more out of control than football fans when there is action on the field. It is impossible to describe the electrifying energy that a person experiences while in the stadium. Snacks and beverages are always available during the game. There is never a shortage of food and drinks when the teams are battling it out on the gridiron. If the weather does not permit you to sit in the stands, most stadiums these days have restaurants where you can eat while enjoying the game without having to withstand the elements.
Football (playing) free - $
Playing football is a great way to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. If you know some other couples who need some exercise, get them together for a double or a triple date for even more fun. If it's just you and your spouse, you can still play around with the football by yourselves and have a lot of fun. How you would go about playing football with only the two of you is to run with the ball and see who can catch the other, or simply play catch. It might not be a good idea to do any serious tackling since someone can get hurt. Touch football is the best way to play without the risk of injury.

Watching football is one of those things that so many people are passionate about. Are you the type of couple who loves to root for a team? Maybe you'd like to go to a restaurant and watch the game there while enjoying chicken wings and all kinds of finger foods. If you'd rather stay at home, then put the game on the TV and enjoy the excitement. Watching the game at home enables you to whip up some tasty snacks yourselves, and you can also share the cooking duties to make it less work for each of you. You can enjoy this date idea with just the two of you or why not host a watch party with a few other couples?
Fossil Hunting free - $$$
Fossil hunting is like going back in time and piecing together what life was like long before you were here. Do a little research beforehand to know what type of fossils you should expect in your area. If you can, travel to an area well known for having fossils. Digging up the fossils is only half the fun because you've got to identify what you dug up. The first thing you do is try to determine what part of the animal you discovered. After that, then you move on to trying to figure out what animal the bones came from. The exciting thing is, you might be holding onto the bones of a dinosaur that hasn't seen the light of day for millions of years.
Frisbee free - $
Frisbee is a fun sport that requires two people and almost no talent at all. If you're new to playing frisbee, stand near each other while throwing the disc back and forth. The better you get at playing, the further apart the two of you should stand. When you get really good is when the real fun starts because you can do all kinds of tricks. Watch YouTube videos on how to improve your frisbee game so that this doesn't turn out to be a one-time date thing and nothing else. Frisbee is a lot of fun, it gets you out in the sun and fresh air, and there's also plenty of exercise involved.
Frisbee Golf free - $$
Frisbee golf is where you throw a frisbee and try to hit several different targets on a course. The game resembles golf in the sense that you play 9 or 18 holes. You can play frisbee golf without a course, but it's a lot of work. You either want to set up your own course or see if there is a frisbee golf course in your area. Alternatively, you can set up a miniature course where there are only a few targets. If you have a big back yard or live not far from a wooded area, setting up a small course isn't too tricky, and you'll be able to get a few holes in during your date. Frisbee golf is a fun activity that most couples have yet to try.
Fundraiser free - $$$
Fundraisers do all kinds of great things for the community. Helping others by raising money is a fantastic way to turn your date night into something that benefits so many people. There are so many different charities out there, and you can easily have several fundraising dates throughout the year. Set an individual goal or as a couple to see how much money you can raise. It will be exciting to see if you're able to make or break your goal. The harder you work, the more people will benefit from your date night. You'll be able to get away from the house, spend some quality time together, and change lives in the process. There aren't too many dates couples can go on in which all that can happen.
Furniture Refinishing $ - $$$
The thing that makes refinishing furniture such a satisfying date is that you can look back at the product of your hard work and enjoy it. You can set up an initial date looking for the furniture that you will be refinishing. Some of you might be surprised that you can find furniture sitting out on the street waiting for the trash to pick it up or a great place to find inexpensive pieces of furniture to refinish is flea markets or thrift stores. You will always remember your furniture refinishing date every time you look at the furniture that the two of you worked so hard to refinish. You can also resell your refinished furniture for a profit or donate it to charity to help out local causes.
